Are you a middle school student curious about architecture, planning, and design? Join us for two days of exploring creative ideas and imagining the future of Kansas City.
Experience a hands-on design workshop where middle school students explore how architecture, planning, and design shape the places we live, learn, and play. Through interactive activities, creative challenges, and teamwork, students will imagine new ideas for the future of Kansas City, from neighborhoods and parks to buildings and public spaces.
Participants will learn from designers and planners, build models, sketch ideas, and discover real-world STEAM-based careers that turn creativity into impact. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and big ideas.
