This position reviews construction or alteration of building documents for conformance with building codes and accessibility laws, reviews cost of developments, supervises third party building inspectors, reviews inspection reports, develops and maintains MHDC cost data base.
Requires two years of experience as Architect I under the Missouri Merit System; OR, Registration as an Architect by the Missouri Board of Registration for APEPLSPLA; OR, Two years of experience in the field of architecture; and graduation from a college or university accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board, with a Bachelor's degree in architecture, or a closely related field.
