Gear Up for the 2021 IECC | Kick-off Event

Learn how to design and construct commercial buildings to meet 2021 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), recently adopted in KCMO! Kansas City, Missouri recently adopted the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code which will take affect July 1st of 2023. For designers and contractors, upgrading the energy code from its 10+ year old predecessor will include significant changes to building envelope requirements, mechanical/ventilation, and the compliance process.

Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and Building Energy Exchange KC are bringing you a series of educational workshops to position you and your company to be ready to take on projects under the new standard.  Join local architects, engineers, and contractors for our kick-off event on April 10th from 12-1:30 at AIA Kansas City! An overview of the code will be presented followed by "office hours" that will allow you bring your specific project questions to the 2021 IECC experts.
