Generator Studio is working on various project types across the Kansas City metro area. A new $85 million Margaritaville Hotel & Resort in KCK will have 230 + rooms, a restaurant and indoor/outdoor pools. The 198,000 SF resort will be one of the largest in the area and is anticipated to open in March 2025. Academy Bank Headquarters is finding a new 59,000 SF home at 1201 Walnut in the heart of downtown Kansas City. The three levels of office space provide a variety of private and open workspaces to allow for a hybrid work environment to thrive. Child Protection Center recently broke ground on their new office located on Main Street in Union Hill right in front of the future southern streetcar extension. The 8,000 SF, two-story building is almost double the size of its previous space and will undergo a complete design overhaul. Keeping the end users in mind, comfort and privacy are central themes of the new design.
