Equity in Architecture (EiA) is excited to welcome our friends from Young Architects Forum (YAF) for an evening of connection and conversation on the rooftop patio at Travois. Weather permitting, we'll take over the rooftop deck with the inside office as a backup for a relaxed happy hour with drinks and good company! 

This year, we're doing more than just happy hour. EiA is kicking off a broader initiative to launch a new mentoring series within AIA Kansas City, one built around intimate, individual pairings rather than large-group social gatherings. We want your input!! Come ready to share your thoughts, swap ideas, and help shape what this program could look like for our community. 

Whether you're a seasoned member or just getting plugged in, this is a great opportunity to meet people across both committees and be part of something in the early stages. No agenda, no pressure, just good people on a rooftop (hopefully) talking about how we build a stronger profession together.
