Join Minick Materials for this program that will  give a pictorial journey through the stone selections available in both full thickness veneer and thin veneer within 500 mile of the local sandstone and limestone formations.

Topics will include:
Overview of the regions around us which produce the sandstone and limestone formations.

Identification and description of the SANDSTONE vs. LIMESTONE available within the region.

Using sample stones to distinguish limestone from sandstone.

Discuss how both Sandstone and Limestone formations are formed and the differences in how they are quarried.

This program is worth 1 HSW.  Lunch will be provided for those who attend in person.  For those who attend on Zoom, you must attend the full session in order to get AIA credit.  If you leave the Zoom meeting early, no credit will be reported.
