Join KC Design Week at The Antler Room for a behind-the-scenes look at the process behind one of the most innovative food scenes in Kansas City! Chefs Nick Goellner, Andrew Heimburger and Nick Chiaro will walk through the design of a dish from conceptualization to plating to placement on the menu. Sip on a Signature KCDW Cocktail and enjoy a tasting of each dish as the evening progresses…it’s Food as Design!
