Sonja Hernandez manages and leads the Brand Design and Icon Design teams at Adobe. As an in-house designer, she faces the challenge of creating and maintaining a unique visual language that grows and stays relevant year after year. Sonja will discuss the importance of understanding company and individual team processes, along with defining constraints that allow a design system to flourish over time. Enjoy snacks and drinks.
