PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively contribute to the planning, design and documentation of multiple project types and scales
  • Be a leader and mentor staff
  • Assist Partners in the management of schedules, budgets and clients

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Licensed Architect or licensure-candidate with 10+ years of experience
  • Advanced skills in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite and additional Rendering softwares
  • Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams of 2-4 people

Salary is commensurate with professional experience, demonstrated knowledge, and education level.

Interior Designers

GastingerWalker& has career opportunities available for Interior Designers with 5-10 years of experience.  Candidates will serve as project designer, responsible for providing appropriate solutions for our clients. This role will include involvement in all parts of various project types and styles, from start to finish, while collaborating and coordinating with the project team.  Ideal candidates love the design process and problem solving, while being able to listen to and communicate with clients.  Candidates should stay current with interior design innovation and industry trends, to provide the best solutions for our clients.

United WE Ambassadors will take three actions each month to further gender equity. In addition, Ambassadors will be asked to share information with their networks and serve as a sounding board, providing feedback and advice to United WE on all things women’s empowerment.

An initial orientation is required for each Ambassador. This orientation will enhance your understanding of our mission and the challenges we face to further gender equity. No other meetings are expected, however various events and activities will be scheduled to rally together throughout the year, meet our President and CEO Wendy Doyle, provide future in-person volunteer opportunities, and receive special invitations to United WE events.

Each month, Ambassadors will receive special communications with three action items, fun things to share, and survey questions to complete.
