Nick Misani, a New York-based designer and letterer, is one of a handful of designers who has “made good” on social media. With over 40,000 Instagram followers, he will share his strategies for and experiences with developing a strong social media following. Nick will discuss his widely shared personal project — Fauxsaics — and its pivotal role in the growth of his online presence. His is neither a success story nor a cautionary tale — it’s just the experience of one of countless designers trying to make it in the age of social media.
