Julie Wellner, AIA
In June of 1987, Julie Wellner, AIA, established Wellner Architects, Inc.  As the sole owner of the firm, Julie’s responsibilities include marketing, staffing, quality control, design, and client satisfaction.  Julie’s education in both architecture and engineering have provided the firm a strong basis for well integrated designs with advanced systems, technology and sustainable features. The firm has diversified project experience, with emphasis in eight key practice areas: Aviation, Education, Office Design, Healthcare, Hospitality and Retail, Institutional/Municipal Buildings: Our experience with city, Science and Technology, and Sports. Julie holds professional architectural licenses in 11 states and is NCARB certificate holder.

Rachel R. Treanor, CPSM
With a degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Kansas, Rachel has served the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry in Kansas City since 2000.  Since then, Rachel has engaged in every aspect of the project life cycle.  From environmental abatement and remediation, to architectural engineering, general contracting and development, she has served in either a technical capacity or that of a seller.  Currently, as Director of Business Development and Marketing for the Kansas City Region, at Crossland Construction she is responsible for implementing the corporate business development plan directives, identifying and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, brand awareness and exposure, and strengthening of business relationships and teaming opportunities.
