As architects you are often asked by your client to recommend construction delivery methods. Your client’s engagement level will help determine which is right for them, but what are the benefits and disadvantages for you and your firm? This session will help clarify the different delivery methods, roles the architect and contractor play, and risks/rewards associated with each method. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages will also be part of the session to bring clarity to the process.
