This lunch and learn program will dive into mold and moisture issues that may be encountered on both rehabilitation and new construction projects.  The presentation will include discussion on signs and symptoms in a building that may indicate issues are currently present or may lead to problematic mold growth or moisture intrusion.  The typical components of a mold assessment will be included along with general information on mold growth and how to prevent and mitigate to eliminate concerns in a building.  The program will briefly touch on regulatory information, and remedial processes. 

This program is worth 1 LU .  You must attend the full session in order to get AIA credit.  If you leave the Zoom meeting early, no credit will be reported.
