Virtual Nooniversity: Maximizing Your Equity Investment on Affordable Housing with Historic Properties

12:00 PM
Zoom Virtual Meeting | Online Kansas City, MO 64108 Map

This will be a VIRTUAL program held on Zoom.  Log in information will be emailed to attendees two days before the program.

Join Rosin Preservation for this program on affordable housing.

Learn how developers are pairing affordable housing incentives, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, with historic tax credits when they repurpose and rehabilitate historic buildings. While building functions change, rehabilitation projects maintain character-defining features through creative reuse schemes. Understand eligibility requirements for historic tax credits and how timelines for both incentives can impact one another. Case studies will illustrate how different building types are adapted for affordable housing.

This program is worth 1 HSW.   You must attend the full session in order to get AIA credit.  If you leave the Zoom meeting early, no credit will be reported.
