Has anyone actually taken a professional class on how to write emails or taken a higher education course on the topic? Email is our main form of communication with internal and external partners, it is time we actually roll up our sleeves and be mindful of how we are using it.

This three-part Case Study Workshop presents examples of self-implicating, subsequently weaponized emails and guidelines for writing appropriate, shorter, clearer messages.
