Instructor Jeanie Lauer , president of The Management Edge, has more than 25 years of experience in management, training, operations, administration and marketing. Her expertise includes strategic planning, business development, problem solving, team building, human relations, process improvement, performance management and mediation. Lauer has a bachelor's degree in math from Southeast Missouri University and an M.B.A. degree from Central Michigan University.
