This free event includes four presentations on masonry design and construction for the sustainable building industry.

Professor Pat Rand, FAIA, North Carolina State University, will present two sessions titled: Masonry Sustainable Design: Beyond LEED® and Embodied Energy & Carbon Dioxide “Costs”-Masonry vs. Other Cladding Materials. Each session offers 1 HSW/SD AIA learning unit.

Pat Conway, AIA, CSI, International Masonry Institute-Wisconsin, will present two sessions titled: Designing and Detailing Durable Masonry Walls and Structural Masonry from an Architect’s Perspective. Each session offers 1 HSW AIA learning unit.
