Mix and match sessions from the following tracks:

Energy Efficiency
The buzzword in Washington, D.C., and throughout the country is energy efficiency. As the country strives to reduce its dependency on foreign oil, one of the most critical areas is making our aging homes and neighborhoods more efficient, while ensuring new homes are constructed to the highest efficiency levels possible. This track will cover current and future programs that aim to ensure the highest level of efficiency while maintaining affordability.

Healthy Homes
The health of occupants is a major concern during home construction or renovation. Identify potential issues and hazards that could affect residents’ health and learn tools to keep them safe.

Homebuilder and Developer
Many people and industries have felt the impact of the housing downturn and resulting economic recession, but few have been affected more than the builders and developers in the housing industry. This track is designed to assist builders and developers as they tap into a new market by building in existing communities.

Sustainable Neighborhoods
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, in partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Transportation, has recently announced a new Sustainable Communities program. This track will highlight the physical, social and economic elements of sustainable living and provide information on how to create an equitable balance based on the size of the community.
