Apply Today | Kansas City Leadership Academy
KANSAS CITY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY will convene their second class this fall. The Academy equips emerging leaders with training and tools to reach their potential in their respective organizations, in the larger community, and beyond. The Academy was founded and is led by former Kansas City Mayor Kay Barnes and is a collaboration between the Hauptmann School at Park University, the Kansas City Public Library, and the Downtown Council. Up to 20 individuals from a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations will be selected for the upcoming fall semester, comprised of eight sessions and two half-day retreats.
We encourage emerging leaders to consider applying for this leadership training course. Deadline to submit your application is September 3.
If you have any questions, please call Prof. Kay Barnes at 816-559-5645.
Call for Entries | Annual Design Review
ARCHITECT’s Annual Design Review is a juried competition of the best U.S. architecture completed in the past 12 months. Judging is blind, to give every project an equal opportunity to win, and awards are given in six project-type categories.
Projects must have been completed after June 30, 2012, and must have been built in the United States or designed by a U.S. firm.
Winners in each category (selected by a jury) will be published in the December 2013 issue of ARCHITECT.
