Hollis + Miller Architects is a relationship-driven, results-oriented architectural firm that utilizes its specialized expertise and design skills to enhance the way people learn, work and connect in educational, municipal and commercial client industry segments. Founded in 1950, Hollis + Miller has offices in both Kansas and Missouri and is licensed in more than 30 states. The firm provides traditional and integrated product delivery services to clients in a variety of industries, including: commercial, education and municipal and offers master site planning, architecture planning and design; interior design and procurement services, including: selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment; structural engineering and, creative graphic services. The firm and its professionals have been honored to receive recognition from its clients’ industries and the architecture and business community — receiving numerous local, regional, national and international awards, including CEFPI. In 2007, more than 87 percent of its clients retained the firm for additional projects and partnerships. The firm has several green-LEED-certified projects currently in progress. The most recent includes Staley High School (which opened on August 18, 2008), the first U.S. Green Building Council LEED-certified (sustainable) school in Missouri.
