Kimberly Green-Kerr
As Senior Vice President of Sprint Business Solutions, Kimberly leads commercial sales for Sprint Business. Under her leadership, Sprint Business has seen record-setting growth as she implements its mission to be the preeminent trusted advisor to Small, Mid and Enterprise businesses and Federal, State and Local Government agencies as they enable their operations with innovative communication and collaboration solutions.

A 24-year Sprint veteran, Kimberly applies the knowledge gained from her experience in the field to her oversight of corporate B2B sales strategy and execution. Her energy and passion combined with her business and sales acumen have led Sprint Business to impressive levels of performance as the fastest growing segment within Sprint, while directing the transformation of Sprint Business sales into a more agile, converged selling organization. Her drive, success and contribution to technology have earned her recognition as a dynamic sales leader, being named a 2019 Women of M2M and IoT by Connected World, 2018 Top 100 Global Sales Leader by The Modern Sale and a 2018 Women Who Mean Business honoree by the Kansas City Business Journal. Kim has also gained recognition as a panelist on the Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch program, where she applies her unique brand of make-it-happen enthusiasm and business savvy as she evaluates, challenges and encourages hopeful entrepreneurs as they pitch their products–and themselves–as they vie for funding.

Kim has been active in various service organizations throughout her career. In 2019, Kim was appointed on the board of KC Tech Council to help bolster the Kansas City tech industry and make the city a great home for tech companies. She believes strongly in the importance of mentoring and is actively engaged with a dozen mentees. As a member of the Accenture Women’s Leadership Forum Steering Committee, she participates in shaping the Forum agenda for this invitation-only program for senior level female executives in the communications, media and technology industries.  Kim also serves on the board of the American Heart Association Kansas City Chapter’s Go Red for Women initiative and has served as a board member of Inforum, a women’s networking organization, and Matrix Human Services, a not-for-profit organization supporting children and families in at-risk Detroit neighborhoods.  She also previously served as a board member for Junior Achievement of the National Capital Area, was a board member on the Schaumburg Elementary School Foundation and is past president of the St. Louis Chapter of the Professional Women's Association.

Kim earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Public Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at The McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University.
