Join SGH, Inc and Skyfold for this presentation on flexible space design.
This program will explore space utilization trends and challenges in three major areas - corporate, hospitality, and education. Also to understand acoustics and acoustical control in those spaces and to investigate how space flexibility can impact design.
Topics will include:
1) To explore space utilization trends and challenges in three major areas: Corporate, Education, and Hospitality
2) To explores what space flexibility means to the designer or architect, to the client, to the people inhabiting the space
3) To understand acoustics, the meaning of acoustical ratings and how they are tested
4) To understand the importance of acoustical control in all types of space - how “noise” can affect productivity, learning, and revenue.
5) To explore the need and demand for flexible space and how can impact overall design both structurally and aesthetically.
