Inspirational Masonry Building Design

The focus of this presentation is to focus on design possibilities with masonry.  By understanding masonry’s modular design, colors, textures and technical issues; architects are able to open the door to exciting innovative building designs.  Through the use of creative design examples, this seminar will review innovative ways to use brick and stone masonry to create new exciting building aesthetics.  Standards and methods for upholding industry requirements for structural integrity, moisture and thermal control will also be integrated in the discussion of material systems.
