It's February and that time of year again where the Equity in Architecture committee openly invites membership to get involved!

The Equity in Architecture (EIA) mission is to provide resources for the community to improve awareness and success on industry issues around diversity. Topics of interest include company talent recruitment/retention, advancement in the profession, and furthering the value of design in society through diversity actions. EIA has outlined its "A.C.E." goals to Advocate. Connect. and Educate.
