In July 2019 YAEGER moved to Lenexa City Center. The move comes at an exciting time in Lenexa’s foray into mixed-used new urban development. Lenexa City Center is comprised of 240 acres of property at all four corners of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard with the new Lenexa City Hall serving as the geographic center of the City. The dense development includes housing, retail, office space, and public buildings with wide, walkable sidewalks. City Center is a product of the Lenexa Vision 2020, adopted in 1997.

Lenexa City Center attracted YAEGER with its combination of walkability, sustainability, and vibrant downtown community that continues to evolve and grow. A network of trails and parks surrounds the area. Lenexa City Center is an excellent example of a successful partnership between civic and private investment.
