Center for Architecture & Design
Priority 1 | Leadership
This priority is working to reengage AIA Committees, create programming to demystify AIA Kansas City board service and develop a business focused leadership development program.
Priority 2 | Futurist
This priority will be focusing on the future of the profession. Strategies include forums around the state of the profession, a design roadshow, and additional communication and outreach with professionals.
Priority 3 | Visibility
This priority focuses on building awareness of AIA Kansas City through key audiences. Strategies will include special programming, strategic meetings, focused media attention and a larger social media presence.
Priority 4 | Center for Architecture & Design
This priority will focus on transitioning AIA Kansas City into a Center for Architecture & Design. They will research other AIA centers, define external resources and audiences and work to create new branding and outreach.
